Pet Stain & Odor Removal
We love pets. We don't love their accidents.
Professional enzymes, deodorizers, and a process that treats the padding and subfloor — not just the surface stain.
Why surface cleaning isn't enough
The most well-trained dogs, cats, and birds have accidents. The amount of contamination is almost always greater than the stain you can see — urine, feces, and vomit soak through carpet fibers into the padding and even the subfloor. Until that source is treated, pets keep returning to the same area, the smell lingers, and the stain comes back.
What to do right away
- Blot up as much of the substance as possible with a damp cloth — don't rub.
- Don't apply household cleaners or store-bought sprays. They can lock the stain in or damage carpet dyes.
- Plain water or an enzymatic cleaner made specifically for pet stains is OK as a temporary measure.
- Call us. The sooner we treat it, the better the outcome.
How we treat pet stains
Carpet cleaning alone does not remove pet contamination from padding and subfloor — that's why DIY rentals fail. Our process:
- Identify the affected area — we use a UV light when needed to find every contaminated spot.
- Apply professional enzymes — they break down the proteins that cause the smell, at the source.
- Deodorize — we treat odor in the carpet, padding, and subfloor.
- Hot-water extraction — flushes out the contaminants and leaves the carpet fresh.
Pet- and family-safe
Everything we use is non-toxic and safe to walk on as soon as it dries. We've been removing pet stains and odors since 1996, and we treat your pets like our own.
